Share, say, a receptacle for large freshwater shrimp.
AC — 26 December at 09:32AM
Christmas greetings. A time to be in for a Northern Territory prawn.

Spooner says "Let down your guard" to small fry
Criseyde — 26 December at 11:47AM
Still pondering the Spoonerism RobT.
Leggy singer: a Castaway Island prawn.
RobT — 26 December at 11:56AM
Reach over and bin the raw prawn.
RobT — 26 December at 11:58AM
@Criseyde...I am pronouncing the first syllable "chair"....is that not right?
Criseyde — 26 December at 12:08PM
Yeah, that's what was posted, RobT. My brain's probably still slow after Chrissy dinner.
Prime Minister in the Middle East played "Taps" before making a meal of it in the North?
Criseyde — 26 December at 12:13PM
Revolutionary child's meal!?
Criseyde — 26 December at 12:20PM
Fluctuating temperatures and a brine solution produce seafood.

Q: What do you call crab in the "Not" tank?
A: Shellfish
DA2 — 27 December at 07:33AM
@Criseyde. I get revolutionary (Che) but how does child's meal work?
Roughly bags her rubbish seafood
Revolutionary Israeli PM shelled one
Shortly plate up raw skewered prawn
Criseyde — 27 December at 07:44AM
Like your revolutionary PM, DA.
child's meal = bairn ground/turned into meal?
SK — 27 December at 07:47AM
Sorry about my entry above ^. Was a rough idea that somehow got posted (I blame the Boxing Day after-party). Was supposed to be something like-
Q: What do you call a primarily thoughtless crab in the tank?
A: Shellfish
Criseyde — 27 December at 08:02AM
DA, I realise 'meal' is inadequate both as an anagrind and a defintion.
Would like to borrow SK's excuse and your skewered prawn.
SK — 27 December at 08:15AM
@Criseyde, I'm happy to share my excuse of inebriation...there seemed to be plenty of it going around yesterday.
But I'm pretty sure DA would caution you on the old indirect anagram no-no (ie you need to have the letters of RABIN appearing in the clue)
DA2 — 27 December at 08:16AM
Big hitch Criseyde - ye olde indirect anagram nono. As tempting as it can be - and your child's meal is a succulent example - a setter can never allude to what needs mixing, at least without providing the B&W letters.
Mind you, I have a few lapses in waiting for a future Cryptic Court, but it's a rule all pilgrims need to observe.
Criseyde — 27 December at 08:21AM
Oh, I've run out of excuses. Wide awake now!
JPR — 27 December at 10:10AM
Exotic, heartless Binoche swallows oddly real large prawn
