I've got a passion for watches so I love this word ("tourbillion" movement watches are the top of the tree, generally priced in the 6 figure range). Begs the following clue-
Watch with spiralling circuit cost a bomb!

...though pretty much all watch references have a slightly amended spelling of TOURBILLON (though as far as I know the meaning is identical?) But an alternative clue (for the alternative spelling) might be-
Stretch debt on expensive watch.
